01 · Olympic athletes

Performance work builtaround your season.

Strength, speed, conditioning and recovery, coordinated with your coach and medical team.

Your own testing and readiness guide the load plan.

Tell us the date at the first call, so the tests and the plan are ordered around it.

Olympic athlete coaching: detail and planner

Your point in the season

Pre-season, or return to play?

Your point in the season decides which numbers come first and who signs them off.

Pre-season

Baseline, then build

Before the first hard week: force–velocity profile, repeat-effort decrement, asymmetry, DXA and bloods. The block is written to the limiter they find.

  • Assessment week, then findings in week three
  • Load, monotony and strain read with asymmetry and sleep
  • The week-eight check before the fixtures start
Return to play

Criteria, not a calendar

Force symmetry, eccentric strength, landing quality and repeat-effort tolerance, against thresholds agreed in writing with your medical staff before rehabilitation starts. They make the call; the practice supplies the numbers.

  • Criteria agreed with your medical lead
  • The load rebuild modelled, not guessed
  • A handover pack for physio and club doctor

Selection, championship and weight classes

The weeks that decide it.

Your coach and medical staff make each call; the practice supplies the numbers.

Weight classes

The class and the weigh-in date first

If your sport has weight classes, bring the class and the weigh-in date to the first call. The plan works back from that date over weeks and is checked with your physician.

Optional tools: training load and wearable data

Try it now

The arithmetic behind the load plan.

Try the load and readiness tools with your own numbers, privately in your browser.

Training-load calculator

Seven days of load in, four numbers out

Weekly load, the acute:chronic ratio, monotony and strain: they describe a week, not predict an injury. Enter seven days of session load to see how these descriptive values are calculated.

Your own wearable data

Thirty days of readiness, in your browser

Explore the readiness demonstration with an Oura, Whoop or Garmin export; calculations stay in your browser.

02 · Bodybuilders

Build. Prepare.Recover with a plan.

Build muscle, prepare for the stage and recover from prep, with health markers reviewed throughout and clinical questions referred to your physician.

Training and nutrition follow your composition, blood results and competition date.

  • The same clean-sport boundaries apply to every client.
  • No dehydration peaks — composition and glycogen, not water and salt.

Bodybuilding coaching: detail and planner

Your point in the year

Off-season, prep or reverse?

The measurements stay consistent; each phase has a different training and nutrition goal.

01

Off-season

A controlled surplus and progressive training, with DXA at both ends of the block.

02

Prep

Length depends on your starting point, target and health. Energy intake, metabolic rate, recovery and sleep guide the pace; hormonal results are interpreted by your physician.

03

Reverse

Restore energy intake and recovery after prep, with markers reviewed before the next build.

Optional tools: contest planning and supplement evidence

Try it now

Your contest date, laid out backwards.

See how your show date shapes the training year.

The date planner

Build, reveal, arrive, recover

The phases laid out backwards from your show date; illustrative until your assessment writes the real one.

Supplements, graded

Graded on the AIS framework (A–D)

What the practice uses in a prep, what it refuses, and the batch-testing rules if you are drug-tested.

03 · Actors & models

A physique on a date,planned with care.

Physique preparation around the shoot, campaign or runway date.

Nutrition, training, on-set activation and travel planning.

On location, where agreed in the engagement: pre-shoot activation, meal and sleep scheduling against the call sheet, recovery between setups, and liaison with stunt, costume and unit medical where required. Travel and accommodation are billed at cost. See a sample on-set card.

Bring your dates (the shoot, the campaign or the show) and any recent tests.

The measured plan that readies your body for the next job is also built for the decades ahead. The longevity practice.

Nothing is dehydrated for a stage, a scale or a lens. That is one of the lines a prep never crosses, on the Bodybuilding page.

Actor and model coaching: detail and planner

The role-preparation timeline

Backwards from thefirst scene.

A preparation timeline built around principal photography, fittings or runway calls.

First

The date

The shoot, the campaign or the show: the preparation is planned around it.

Then

The assessment

DXA, bloods, the hormonal picture and a movement screen in the first fortnight, coordinated near you.

Blocks

Build, then reveal

Build and reveal are adjusted to your role, progress and recovery, with blood results reviewed.

Peak week

Planned for the scene

Composition and glycogen, not water and salt, planned around the scene, the fitting or the runway call.

If more shooting follows

Hold

If reshoots or pick-ups may follow, say so at the start. The plan is built to hold rather than to peak, and the next date is planned from where you are, not from the start.

Reshoots and pick-ups are further days of shooting after principal photography.

After

The reverse

Planned before the shoot, not improvised after it; it reviews recovery before the next phase.

Beyond one shoot

Long runs, close dates and targets.

Long series or stage run

Planned to hold

A long series or a stage run is planned in twelve-week blocks with a review at the end of each.

Lead time

A straight answer when it is close

Under six weeks, the date planner shows what is realistic instead of a full block. It cannot decide whether your goal is achievable by then; the assessment does.

Agency targets

Checked before any plan is built

Bring agency targets to the first call. They are checked against your measurements and physician’s advice; unsafe targets are refused in writing. How external targets are reviewed.

A sample, fictional

One page for the set.

A fictional example of the page a client’s team can keep on a shoot day. It names no client and no production.

Sample · fictional · no real client

On-set card

One page for a client’s team on a shoot day.

Client
A fictional client. No real person.
Production
A fictional production. No real title.
Before call time
Pre-shoot activation.
Through the day
Meal and sleep scheduling against the call sheet. Recovery between setups.
Where required
Liaison with stunt, costume and unit medical.
On the day
Changes to the call sheet reach EVOX by message. Questions that cannot wait are answered by message during practice hours or as agreed in writing beforehand.
In a medical emergency
Local emergency services first, and the unit medic if there is one on set. Do not wait for a reply from EVOX.
Practice hours
IST (UTC+5:30), 09:00–19:00.
Turnaround
The rest between wrap and the next call. Sleep is scheduled against the call sheet to protect it.

Coaching and measurement only. Your physician decides.

Optional tools: shoot dates and travel

Try them now

The date, and the flight.

Two planners for the two things a production fixes for you: the shoot date and the time zone.

The date planner

Principal photography, laid out backwards

Build, reveal and peak week counted back from the shoot date, and a straight answer when it is too close.

The travel planner

The first three days in a new time zone

Light, sleep and meal windows after a long flight, from a simple light-timing model; education only.

04 · Elite Private Clients

For agents, managers and family offices: write first, without the client

For agents, managers and family offices

Write first,without the client.

Use your own details only.

Before you write: three ways the first call can go, and a one-page sheet to forward, with what an agent sees. Physicians and physiotherapists: a short note on scope, reports and referral. Assistants and chiefs of staff: the questions answered in the FAQ.

About you

By sending this form you consent to EVOX using your details to reply about an introduction. Leave out the client’s name and any health information; that conversation follows the mutual confidentiality agreement. Delivered by Formspree (United States); deleted after twelve months if nothing proceeds.

If a client’s name or health details reach the form by mistake, tell us. They are deleted from the form record and the inbox, and EVOX confirms in writing when that is done.

or write to founder@evoxlongevity.com — the same person reads both.

EVOX Longevity · for agents, managers and family offices

Introducing a client to EVOX

What EVOX does, what the free call is, and what happens next.

What EVOX does
EVOX Longevity coaches training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, guided by measurement. Sainath Nanduri is the one point of contact. Anything clinical stays with the client’s physician.
The free call
Twenty minutes, free, on video: goals, history, what has failed before, and an honest answer on fit. It is with the client or whoever represents them.
Writing first
An introducer can write first, and can take the free call, without naming the client. EVOX explains how the work runs and answers questions about the process. EVOX does not ask for the client’s name or health details, and does not confirm who is or is not a client.
What happens next
The next step is the client’s: they apply in their own words. Client names and health information follow the mutual confidentiality agreement.
Confidentiality
Mutual, indefinite and signed before any assessment.
What an agent sees
Only what the client instructs in writing, each time. Health information is shared only on that instruction.

A paragraph to forward

I would like to introduce you to EVOX Longevity. Sainath Nanduri coaches training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, guided by measurement; anything clinical stays with your physician. The first call is twenty minutes, free, on video. I can take it first without naming you: EVOX explains how the work runs and answers questions about the process, and does not ask for your name or health details. If you want to go further, you apply in your own words. Confidentiality is mutual, indefinite and signed before any assessment. More at evoxlongevity.com.

For physicians and physiotherapists

A short note on scope, reports and referral.

What a physician or physiotherapist receives from EVOX, and what EVOX never does.

EVOX Longevity · for physicians and physiotherapists

Scope, reports and referral

What a clinician receives, and where EVOX stops.

Scope
Coaching, measurement, explanation of results and education, beside a physician’s care rather than in place of it. The clinical interpretation of laboratory values remains the physician’s.
What EVOX never does
EVOX does not diagnose, prescribe or treat. It does not prescribe, recommend or source peptides, hormones or any prescription compound, for any client.
What you receive
Reports written for a physician or a physiotherapist, shared at the client’s written instruction, each with its reasoning. Bloods are flagged to you, never interpreted around you. A model does not displace clinical authority.
How EVOX refers
Where a finding needs a clinician, the client is told clearly and referred in writing, the same day, to a named professional.
Writing first
A physiotherapist or doctor can write first, without naming the client, on the form above.
Discretion

Nothing is published without a separate written release; the people photographed here are models.

The discretion protocol

Your goals.A clear first step.

Twenty minutes, free, on video, with you or whoever represents you. Bring any testing you hold.

Acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR)

Recent training load divided by a longer-term average. A monitoring input, not an individual injury forecast.
