Book a consultation
Choose a free call, a consultation or ongoing coaching.
Coaching applications are reviewed before payment.
Paid consultation steps
Free calls are booked directly; paid consultations use Razorpay, then Calendly.
Choose below, or start with the free discovery call.
Pay the listed consultation fee through Razorpay: ₹20,000, ₹30,000 or ₹50,000. A tax invoice is issued.
Calendly shows available times and provides the booking confirmation.
Share your goal and training context. Detailed health records follow the confidentiality agreement.
The same Razorpay link and Calendly scheduler serve every consultation.
The rupee amount is what is charged; conversions are approximate. To be invoiced in your currency instead, email founder@evoxlongevity.com.
Consultations
Every consultation is with Sainath. Paid sessions have fixed fees, paid in advance.
Discuss your goals and whether EVOX fits your needs.
A video session on performance, physique or long-term physical capacity.
Data, AI and performance strategy for founders, clubs and performance directors.
In person with Sainath, in Hyderabad or where you are; travel outside Hyderabad is billed at cost.
Paid consultations: reschedule free up to twenty-four hours before. Consultations cancelled more than twenty-four hours in advance are refunded in full; inside twenty-four hours no refund is made, except in a genuine emergency, where the session is rescheduled instead.
The discovery call
A conversation about your goal, starting point and next step.
Your goals, previous attempts, existing tests and calendar.
Which support fits your goals and whether a fuller assessment is appropriate.
A programme, consultation or referral. Nothing to sign or pay. The first call’s written summary is yours either way.
If it is a fit: a short application if you have not already applied, the confidentiality agreement, an assessment week and the findings session in week three.
The free call is not recorded. A first name or initials, and an email address that is not tied to your name, are enough to book the free call.

Who takes the call
The free call is with you or whoever represents you.
An introducer can take the free call without naming the client. On that call Sainath explains how the work runs and answers questions about the process.
He does not ask for the client’s name or health details, and does not confirm who is or is not a client.
The next step is the client’s: they apply in their own words.
The client and the person introducing them can join the same call. Sainath asks about the client’s goals, previous attempts and calendar, and gives an honest answer on fit.
What the client says about tests or health is the client’s to decide. Detailed health records follow the confidentiality agreement.
You take the call yourself. Sainath asks about your goals, previous attempts, existing tests and calendar, and gives an honest answer on fit.
An honest answer
This is one example, written for a fictional client.
Sample · fictional · no real client
Thank you for the call. My answer is not yet.
You mentioned a recent blood test that your physician has not seen. I would rather wait to build a plan until they have. What the result means is your physician’s decision, not mine.
First, ask your physician to look at it. Ask too whether there is anything they would rather you held back in training for now. Then write to me, and we will start from what they tell you.
You keep this note whether or not we work together.
After you book
The free call, from booking to the written summary.

Please leave health details out of the first WhatsApp message; detailed health records follow the confidentiality agreement.
Where we work
Coaching in Hyderabad, by agreed travel or worldwide video. Primary assessment locations: Hyderabad, Delhi and Mumbai; worldwide when required. Performance tests and biomarkers are selected according to client requirements. Assessment-day availability: 10:00–18:00 IST.
Hyderabad, India
Coaching, consultations and the assessment day, at suitable facilities in the city.
Wherever the engagement is
On-location blocks and agreed travel accompaniment; travel billed at cost.
Worldwide, IST (UTC+5:30)
Consultations and reviews on video, direct messages in between, and the portal in your pocket.
Your city
Testing at suitable facilities near you, coordinated as part of the assessment.
Keeping a test private
Testing is arranged with a laboratory or facility. Tell Sainath what you need kept private: a quiet time of day, initials on the booking, a private room where the facility has one. Sainath asks the facility; its own rules decide what is possible, and he tells you before you book.
Secure and private
Card details never touch EVOX systems; Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant.
Slots in your time zone, with invites and reminders.
Arrangements you can ask for
Invoices can carry a neutral description if you ask, for example ‘consultation’, with no health or sport detail. Ask at the start.
Invoices can be raised to a federation, club, sponsor or management company when you ask in writing. EVOX’s own invoice names the service only; nothing about your health or results. A third-party cost carries the provider’s own invoice, attached at cost.
Name your scheduling or invoice contact in writing. Invoices identify the service only; health information stays private. Assistant access and limits.
Apply for a programme
Share your goal and the support you need.
An agent, manager, physiotherapist or family office can write first; the form asks only for you.
What happens after you apply
Sainath reviews your goal and the support requested.
A free twenty-minute video call to assess fit.
Sign the confidentiality agreement, then arrange the assessment.
Week three: a ninety-minute findings session and agreed plan.
Daily coaching, the week-eight check and week-twelve re-test.
Introduce someone
No commission: a complimentary re-test block for you and their first consultation free.
These apply once the person you introduce becomes a client.
Explore ongoing coaching
Explore the coaching programmes and their scope.
Please leave health details out of the first WhatsApp message; detailed health records follow the confidentiality agreement.
Acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR)
Recent training load divided by a longer-term average. A monitoring input, not an individual injury forecast.
Read the glossaryApoB
Apolipoprotein B: a count of the particles that carry cholesterol into the artery wall; referred when out of range.
Read the glossaryDXA
Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry: a scan estimating lean mass, fat mass and bone mineral density.
Read the glossaryForce–velocity profile
The relationship between force and movement speed, used to inform strength and power programming.
Read the glossaryFour frontiers
The four areas the longevity work follows: Heart & circulation; Strength & structure; Metabolism & blood; Sleep, stress & mind. Measured once a year, watched all year.
Read the glossaryHRV
Heart-rate variability: beat-to-beat variation in heart rhythm, read each morning as a trend against your own baseline; an input to the readiness score.
Read the glossaryLimiter
A priority identified from the assessment that guides the next training block.
Read the glossaryPerformance Twin
Sainath’s model of your measurements and training history, used to support coaching decisions and explain their inputs.
Read the glossaryReadiness score
One number each morning from HRV, sleep, yesterday’s load and their trend: push, maintain or repair, with the reason stated.
Read the glossaryRe-test
The same battery twelve weeks later under the same conditions, read side by side.
Read the glossaryS0 (non-approved substances)
The first section of WADA’s Prohibited List: any pharmacological substance with no current approval from a government health authority for human use is prohibited at all times, named or not.
Read the glossaryM1 (manipulation of blood and blood components)
The section of WADA’s Prohibited List covering blood doping: transfusions, red-blood-cell products and artificially raising oxygen uptake, transport or delivery.
Read the glossarySix pillars
The performance half of the assessment: Speed; Strength & power; Endurance; Body composition; Recovery; Mobility & resilience. Each measured and trainable; any one can be the limiter.
Read the glossaryVO₂max
The highest rate of oxygen use measured during a graded exercise test; one measure of cardiorespiratory fitness.
Read the glossaryRepetitions in reserve (RIR)
How many more repetitions were possible when a set stopped; most sets here finish one to three short of failure.
Read the glossaryTherapeutic use exemption (TUE)
Permission from the relevant anti-doping organisation to use a prohibited medicine for a documented medical condition, under its criteria.
Read the glossaryStrict liability
An athlete is responsible for prohibited substances found in their sample, regardless of intent. Supplement certification cannot remove all contamination risk.
Read the glossaryEnergy availability
The energy left for normal function after training: intake minus exercise expenditure, per kilogram of lean mass. Too low for too long costs hormones, bone, immunity and performance.
Read the glossaryMinimal detectable change
A threshold used to distinguish measured change from expected measurement error.
Read the glossaryMonitoring Program (WADA)
Substances WADA watches without prohibiting them: caffeine in competition and the GLP-1 medicines semaglutide and tirzepatide, among others. Monitored is not banned.
Read the glossaryVelocity-based training
Setting strength work by bar speed rather than a fixed percentage of a one-repetition maximum; a set ends when speed drops by an agreed amount.
