Policies
The privacy, payment and clinical boundaries of the practice.
The discretion protocol
Your identity and engagement stay private.
The written protocol is agreed before assessment.
The protocol
Eight written privacy commitments.
A signed, mutual confidentiality agreement (an NDA) comes before any assessment; it covers the existence of the engagement as well as its content. The medical history follows the signature.
Nothing published without a separate written release; client stories only with written permission, withdrawable at any time. People shown in photographs are models.
Sessions are never recorded without your written consent. Correspondence reaches Sainath directly.
Never sold, pooled or shared, medical partners and your agency included, without your written consent each time; exported or deleted within thirty days of asking, and the model built on your physiology handed over or deleted as you instruct.
Invoices can be routed through a family office or management company, or raised to a federation, club or sponsor when you ask in writing; third-party costs are billed at cost, invoice attached.
An agent, manager, physiotherapist or family office can write first without naming the client.
In-person blocks, on-location work and, for year-round clients, travel accompaniment, wherever you are; testing is coordinated at facilities near you.
Only the consented descriptors and accounts on the Results page are public. Other identities and references remain private.
How information moves
Health information follows the signed confidentiality agreement.
Contact details and your goal. Detailed medical history follows the confidentiality agreement.
Mutual and indefinite; only then is the medical history taken.
Clinicians receive your file only where you ask; every referral is in writing and documented.
At your written instruction, within thirty days; the first call’s written summary is yours either way.
If you need more
Anything not written above is a question for the free call.
Any additional privacy arrangements are agreed in conversation and recorded in writing.
The six policies
The complete terms and procedures follow.
Your data, kept private.
EVOX Longevity is operated by EVOX Longevity Private Limited, registered in India and based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The data-protection and grievance contact is Sainath Nanduri at founder@evoxlongevity.com or +91 70959 99995; complaints are acknowledged within seven days.
Contact details; intake information on your history, training, injuries, medication, travel and sleep; test results, laboratory panels, body-composition and imaging reports; training logs and wearable exports; our correspondence. Card details never reach EVOX; Razorpay handles them entirely.
Only to deliver your programme: reading and explaining results, building and maintaining your model, writing your training, communicating with you. Clinical interpretation of laboratory values stays with your physician. Data is never sold, shared with advertisers or pooled into a commercial database.
Service providers, each receiving only what it needs: Razorpay (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Formspree (this site’s forms; hosted in the United States), WhatsApp and email, Google Workspace-class email and file storage, Plausible (aggregate page statistics, no personal data), the client portal, any wearable platform you connect (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health) and any laboratory or testing facility you are referred to. Clinicians receive your file only where you ask.
Who can see what, in one table.
| Who | What they see, and when |
|---|---|
| You | Your whole file. A full export, a correction or a complete deletion, at any time; actioned within thirty days. |
| Sainath Nanduri | What delivering your programme needs: reading and explaining results, building and maintaining your model, writing your training, communicating with you. He delivers the coaching personally, and correspondence reaches him directly. |
| Service providers | Only what each one needs for its task:
|
| Any wearable platform you connect | Oura, Whoop, Garmin or Apple Health: only what it needs. |
| Any laboratory or testing facility you are referred to | Only what it needs. |
| Clinicians | Your file only where you ask. Every referral is in writing and documented; the clinical interpretation of laboratory values stays with your physician. |
| A family office or management company | Invoices, if you route them there. The written reports, if you wish, with your written consent each time. |
| A federation, club or sponsor | Invoices, when you ask in writing. |
| An assistant or office contact you name | Scheduling, and invoices, which name the service only. EVOX shares no health information with them. |
| An agent, manager or your agency | Only what you instruct in writing, each time. An agent, manager, physiotherapist or family office can write first without naming the client. |
Anyone EVOX brings onto your file is covered under Everyone on your file; an assistant you name, under A named assistant.
Enquiries and applications that do not proceed: twelve months. Assessment, coaching and correspondence records: the engagement and two years after, or until you ask for deletion. Invoices and payment records: eight years. Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe. Then the data is deleted.
A full export, a correction or a complete deletion, at any time, by emailing founder@evoxlongevity.com; actioned within thirty days. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and you may nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. The practice operates under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011; an unresolved complaint may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India. For clients in the United Kingdom or the European Union, health information is processed on explicit consent given at intake, and the equivalent UK GDPR and EU GDPR rights are honoured.
Each form carries its own purpose-specific consent line, as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the 2025 Rules under it set out: the application (assessing fit and replying to you), the introducer form (replying to an intermediary, never the client’s details), the referral form (one introduction), the call-back request (calling you back). Formspree, which handles form data, and the other processors are listed under ‘Who else sees it’; none receives more than its task needs. Requests under your rights go to founder@evoxlongevity.com and are actioned within thirty days. A breach affecting your personal data would be communicated to you and to the Data Protection Board of India.
If a client’s name or health details reach the introducer form by mistake, tell us. They are deleted from the form record and the inbox, and EVOX confirms in writing when that is done.
Your data is encrypted, never sold, never used in aggregate marketing, and never shared with anyone, including your agency and medical partners, without your explicit written consent each time. Client identities are protected by mutual confidentiality agreement. Models built on your physiology belong to you: when you leave they are deleted or handed over at your written instruction, within thirty days.
The application asks about training history, injuries and any testing you hold; send only what you are comfortable sending, as the detailed medical history is taken after the mutual confidentiality agreement is signed. Sending health information is consent to its use for assessing fit and, if you proceed, for your programme; you may withdraw it at any time.
Programmes are for adults. An athlete under eighteen is coached only with a parent or guardian’s written consent, with that parent or guardian as the point of contact, and only through a club, academy or federation partnership or a parent-led application.
When you introduce someone, their name and email address are used once, for a single introduction from Sainath. If they do not reply within thirty days their details are deleted; they can ask for deletion at any time.
No tracking cookies. Two preferences live in your browser’s local storage — price currency, and whether you switched analytics off — and nothing else. Installed as an app, the site also caches these pages so they open without a connection; the cache holds no data about you. The 2-minute check, the planners, the calculators and the wearable-data reader run entirely in your browser and store nothing.
Clear terms, agreed up front.
Coaching, measurement, explanation of results and education, delivered personally by Sainath Nanduri. Where you choose in-person coaching with a specialist assistant, a physiotherapist or strength-and-conditioning assistant works under his plan, alongside his own sessions.
Consultations are paid in advance; programme fees are invoiced monthly or as a package, due before the period they cover. Third-party costs — laboratories, imaging, facilities, travel — are billed at cost, without markup, with the underlying invoice attached.
Sessions may be rescheduled free up to twenty-four hours before, via the link in your confirmation; inside twenty-four hours a session counts as used, except in a genuine emergency. If EVOX moves a session, you are offered a new time or a full refund. Programmes may be ended at the close of any month with two weeks’ written notice; work already delivered is not refunded, and unused full months of a prepaid package are.
Scoped and invoiced in quarterly blocks after the initial review. Either side may end the partnership at the close of a quarter with thirty days’ written notice; a quarter in progress is completed and invoiced, and the protocols, thresholds, documentation and data remain the organisation’s. Staff education already delivered is not clawed back.
If the markers agreed in writing at the findings session have not moved at the week-twelve re-test, the next twelve-week block is rebuilt and delivered without additional fee: a commitment about the plan, not a guarantee of a biological outcome.
Mutual and indefinite. It covers the existence of the engagement as well as its content. No names, photographs, case studies or social content without separate written release.
If anyone asks whether a named person works with EVOX, the answer is always the same: EVOX neither confirms nor denies it. That includes agencies, brands, journalists and colleagues. Only the client can say. The exception is a client who gives written permission for EVOX to confirm.
If a production, agency or family office needs its own confidentiality agreement, send it with your first message. It is read before anything is signed, and signed as well as EVOX’s mutual agreement where the two do not conflict.
Anyone EVOX brings onto your file, such as the specialist assistant on the tier that includes one, signs the same confidentiality terms first. Clinicians and facilities you choose have their own duties; EVOX shares with them only what you instruct in writing, and only what each one needs.
General protocols and materials remain EVOX’s intellectual property, licensed for your own use. Your data and the model built on your physiology remain yours, as described in the privacy policy.
Physical training carries inherent risk. You confirm you are medically cleared to train and will disclose relevant conditions and medication; EVOX is not liable for outcomes arising from information withheld or instructions not followed. To the extent the law allows, EVOX’s total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding twelve months; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly. Consumers elsewhere keep any protections their own law gives them.
Book and pay with confidence.
Processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and international cards. A tax invoice is issued for every payment; card details never reach EVOX systems.
Prices are set in Indian rupees; conversions on this site are indicative and settle at the rate on the day of invoice. International clients may be invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR or AED on request.
Calendly, in your own time zone, with calendar invites and reminders; your confirmation email carries the links to reschedule or cancel.
Invoices can be raised to a federation, club, sponsor or management company when you ask in writing. EVOX’s own invoice names the service only; nothing about your health or results. A third-party cost carries the provider’s own invoice, attached at cost. Invoices can also carry a neutral description if you ask, for example ‘consultation’, with no health or sport detail. Ask at the start.
You may name an assistant or office contact who can schedule and receive invoices. An invoice names the service only. EVOX shares no health information with them. You tell us who, in writing.
Consultations cancelled more than twenty-four hours in advance are refunded in full. Inside twenty-four hours no refund is made, except in a genuine emergency, where the session is rescheduled instead. Programme refunds are set out under Terms: a programme may be ended at the close of any month with two weeks’ written notice, and unused full months of a prepaid package are refunded.
Coaching, not medical care.
Nothing on this site or in any EVOX programme is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Sainath Nanduri is not a medical doctor and does not present himself as one.
Coaching, measurement, explanation of results and education, beside your physician’s care rather than in place of it; the clinical interpretation of laboratory values remains your physician’s. Where a finding needs a clinician, you are told clearly and referred in writing, the same day, to a named professional.
Speak to your doctor before any new training or nutrition programme, particularly with a known condition, pregnancy, prescribed medication or a long break from training. Disclose medication and conditions at intake; the programme is built around them.
If an agency or booker sets a measurement or weight target, bring it to the first call. It is checked against your own measurements and your physician’s advice before any plan is built. If it cannot be reached safely, you are told so in writing.
In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not wait for a reply from EVOX.
Anti-doping boundaries and responsibilities.
Anti-doping education and event experience are recorded on About.
Supplements need a clear reason, current third-party batch-testing certification and a check against the Prohibited List in force. Certification reduces contamination risk; it does not eliminate it.
EVOX never prescribes, recommends or sources peptides, hormones, SARMs or anything requiring a therapeutic use exemption, for any client. For tested athletes the subject is closed.
EVOX does not prescribe, recommend or source peptides, hormones or any prescription compound for any client, tested or not. A private client who raises these subjects is referred to their physician, and the referral is documented.
Anti-doping education for athletes and support staff can be included in a team partnership. Whereabouts, testing-pool obligations and TUE processes remain the responsibility of the athlete and their federation.
Responsibility for what enters an athlete’s body rests with the athlete. EVOX gives you the information and the checks; it cannot take that responsibility from you, and no practitioner can.
Under the World Anti-Doping Code, a coach or trainer who works with an athlete is ‘athlete support personnel’. That person must know and comply with the anti-doping rules that apply to them and to the athletes they support. That includes EVOX. India’s anti-doping agency, NADA India, has an Athlete Support Personnel centre on its home page.
If a doping control officer arrives during a session or a call, the session stops unless the officer allows the athlete to finish it. Doping control comes first, and EVOX does nothing that delays it. A session that stopped resumes afterwards.
The unlisted clean-sport page contains the 96 prohibited-compound and procedure records, for knowledge only. EVOX never recommends or sources them.
Counted, never tracked.
Page views are counted with Plausible, which sets no cookies, uses no persistent identifiers and stores no personal data: which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from, in aggregate, nothing about you as an individual. That is why there is no consent banner.
If you would rather not be counted, use the switch below; the choice is kept in your browser’s local storage and nothing about your visit is sent from then on.

Acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR)
Recent training load divided by a longer-term average. A monitoring input, not an individual injury forecast.
Read the glossaryApoB
Apolipoprotein B: a count of the particles that carry cholesterol into the artery wall; referred when out of range.
Read the glossaryDXA
Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry: a scan estimating lean mass, fat mass and bone mineral density.
Read the glossaryForce–velocity profile
The relationship between force and movement speed, used to inform strength and power programming.
Read the glossaryFour frontiers
The four areas the longevity work follows: Heart & circulation; Strength & structure; Metabolism & blood; Sleep, stress & mind. Measured once a year, watched all year.
Read the glossaryHRV
Heart-rate variability: beat-to-beat variation in heart rhythm, read each morning as a trend against your own baseline; an input to the readiness score.
Read the glossaryLimiter
A priority identified from the assessment that guides the next training block.
Read the glossaryPerformance Twin
Sainath’s model of your measurements and training history, used to support coaching decisions and explain their inputs.
Read the glossaryReadiness score
One number each morning from HRV, sleep, yesterday’s load and their trend: push, maintain or repair, with the reason stated.
Read the glossaryRe-test
The same battery twelve weeks later under the same conditions, read side by side.
Read the glossaryS0 (non-approved substances)
The first section of WADA’s Prohibited List: any pharmacological substance with no current approval from a government health authority for human use is prohibited at all times, named or not.
Read the glossaryM1 (manipulation of blood and blood components)
The section of WADA’s Prohibited List covering blood doping: transfusions, red-blood-cell products and artificially raising oxygen uptake, transport or delivery.
Read the glossarySix pillars
The performance half of the assessment: Speed; Strength & power; Endurance; Body composition; Recovery; Mobility & resilience. Each measured and trainable; any one can be the limiter.
Read the glossaryVO₂max
The highest rate of oxygen use measured during a graded exercise test; one measure of cardiorespiratory fitness.
Read the glossaryRepetitions in reserve (RIR)
How many more repetitions were possible when a set stopped; most sets here finish one to three short of failure.
Read the glossaryTherapeutic use exemption (TUE)
Permission from the relevant anti-doping organisation to use a prohibited medicine for a documented medical condition, under its criteria.
Read the glossaryStrict liability
An athlete is responsible for prohibited substances found in their sample, regardless of intent. Supplement certification cannot remove all contamination risk.
Read the glossaryEnergy availability
The energy left for normal function after training: intake minus exercise expenditure, per kilogram of lean mass. Too low for too long costs hormones, bone, immunity and performance.
Read the glossaryMinimal detectable change
A threshold used to distinguish measured change from expected measurement error.
Read the glossaryMonitoring Program (WADA)
Substances WADA watches without prohibiting them: caffeine in competition and the GLP-1 medicines semaglutide and tirzepatide, among others. Monitored is not banned.
Read the glossaryVelocity-based training
Setting strength work by bar speed rather than a fixed percentage of a one-repetition maximum; a set ends when speed drops by an agreed amount.
