The forty questions

Forty questions,seven groups.

I · Getting started

A free twenty-minute video call about your goals, history and schedule, followed by a recommendation on fit. No obligation.

A free call and application establish fit. Then assessment, the week-three findings session, daily coaching, a week-eight check and the week-twelve re-test.

Availability is confirmed after your enquiry. Team partnerships are scoped quarterly.

Use email, telephone or WhatsApp on the booking page.

Yes. Video coaching and direct messages are available worldwide; testing is coordinated near you. In-person coaching is available in Hyderabad or by travel.

Travel and schedule changes are planned within the Intensive block and throughout Year-Round Coaching.

Yes, where agreed in the engagement: productions, camps and other on-location work. Travel and accommodation are billed at cost.

Bring any existing tests, training records and wearable data. Detailed medical history follows the signed confidentiality agreement; requirements are agreed before assessment.

No. The assessment establishes your starting point and appropriate training loads.

II · Athletes, teams & advisory

The Business & AI advisory consultation covers these questions; its scope and format are listed on Book.

Yes. Coaching and measurement can be coordinated with your existing team. Clinical decisions stay with your clinician; records are shared only with your written permission.

Bring testing, load and recovery data into one view for staff review. It does not predict an individual injury or replace clinical judgement.

Existing data and systems are reviewed first. Your organisation retains its data, protocols, calibration records and staff training when the partnership ends.

Testing criteria are agreed with the medical team. The clinician decides clearance; EVOX supplies measurement and coaching support.

III · Elite Private Clients, actors & models

Preparation can be planned around a shoot or competition. Scope depends on your starting point and time available; a particular outcome is not guaranteed. Dehydration and crash protocols are refused.

The plan monitors health during preparation and includes recovery afterwards. Risks and limits are reviewed; safety or a particular physique cannot be guaranteed. See Bodybuilding & physique.

Mutual, indefinite confidentiality covers the engagement itself. No names, photographs or social content without separate written release; no session recording without consent. If anyone asks whether a named person works with EVOX, EVOX neither confirms nor denies it; only the client can say. Sessions at your home, hotel, facility or a private studio. Read the confidentiality commitments

The agreement is signed before any assessment, and anyone EVOX brings onto your file signs the same confidentiality terms first. Who sees what

The check-in and review schedule is set out on Method. Where agreed in the engagement, EVOX works on location. On the day, changes to the call sheet reach EVOX by message; questions that cannot wait are answered by message during practice hours (09:00–19:00 IST) or as agreed in writing beforehand. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services first, and the unit medic if there is one on set; do not wait for a reply from EVOX.

The date, first: the shoot, the campaign or the show. Tell EVOX at the first call, so the tests and the plan are ordered around it. If an agency or booker sets a measurement or weight target, bring it to the first call too. It is checked against your own measurements and your physician’s advice before any plan is built; if it cannot be reached safely, you are told so in writing. An agent or manager can write first without naming the client.

Your starting point and relevant clinical advice guide the plan. Progress is reviewed through re-testing.

IV · Expertise: supplements, peptides, methods

Only when there is a clear reason and current third-party batch-testing certification, checked against the Prohibited List in force. Certification reduces contamination risk; it cannot eliminate it. See Supplements.

EVOX explains, measures and refers; it never prescribes, recommends or sources peptides, hormones or prescription compounds. The subject is closed for tested athletes. See Peptides & Hormones.

Your physician handles clinical interpretation. EVOX can explain the coaching context and document a referral; the reference page is educational.

The longevity library links the existing educational reference notes. Discuss clinical suitability with your physician; prohibited-compound records remain on the unlisted clean-sport page.

The substance and method each need a current anti-doping check. The reference notes explain the limits; EVOX provides neither treatment nor eligibility clearance.

Periodisation, velocity-based training, readiness-led adjustments and repetitions in reserve, selected for the assessment and goal. See Training methods.

V · Data, safety & privacy

The records needed for coaching are kept in access-controlled systems. The privacy policy lists data types, processors, retention and your export, correction and deletion rights.

A finding needing clinical review is referred in writing, the same day, to a named professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services; do not wait for EVOX. Read the medical safety policy

No. Sainath makes coaching decisions; clinical decisions stay with your clinician. Model outputs support review and are not a guarantee of safety or future performance.

VI · Fees, booking & cancellation

Compare nutrition plans and their inclusions on Programmes. The rate card distinguishes the coaching principles from the separately priced plan and protocol.

Consultations use Razorpay, then Calendly. Programme fees are paid in advance, monthly or as a package. Prices are in INR; international invoices may use USD, GBP, EUR or AED. A tax invoice is issued.

Free up to twenty-four hours before, using the confirmation link. Inside that period the session counts as used, except in a genuine emergency. If EVOX reschedules, choose a new time or a full refund. Read the booking and cancellation terms

Consultations cancelled more than twenty-four hours ahead are refunded. Programmes may end at month-end with two weeks’ written notice: completed work is not refunded; unused full months are. The separate re-test commitment applies to the next block. Read the full refund terms

No biological outcome is guaranteed. If markers agreed in writing at the findings session have not moved at week twelve, the next twelve-week block is rebuilt and delivered without additional fee. Read the re-test commitment

VII · Assistants & chiefs of staff

Invoices can be routed through a family office or management company, or raised to a federation, club or sponsor when the client asks in writing. EVOX’s own invoice names the service only; nothing about health or results. A neutral description, for example ‘consultation’, can be used if asked for at the start. Prices are set in Indian rupees; international clients may be invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR or AED on request. Read the booking and payment terms

No one without the client’s written consent each time. Clinicians receive the file only where the client asks, and a family office can read the written reports if the client wishes. An assistant or office contact the client names can schedule and receive invoices, which name the service only; EVOX shares no health information with them. The client tells EVOX who, in writing. Who sees what

A first name or initials, and an email address that is not tied to the client’s name, are enough to book the free call. Rescheduling is free up to twenty-four hours before, using the link in the confirmation. The client can say which channel to use and which never to use, for example no voicemail, no WhatsApp. It is followed, and written down with the other privacy arrangements. Read the booking terms

A programme may be ended at the close of any month with two weeks’ written notice. Work already delivered is not refunded; unused full months of a prepaid package are. Data is exported or deleted within thirty days of asking, and the model built on the client’s physiology is handed over or deleted as instructed. Read the terms

Question not answered?

Ask it directly. Every message is read by Sainath himself.

Acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR)

Recent training load divided by a longer-term average. A monitoring input, not an individual injury forecast.

Strict liability

An athlete is responsible for prohibited substances found in their sample, regardless of intent. Supplement certification cannot remove all contamination risk.

Energy availability

The energy left for normal function after training: intake minus exercise expenditure, per kilogram of lean mass. Too low for too long costs hormones, bone, immunity and performance.
